On the 5th July 1977 a delivery of QRS vehicles to Quainton via a track slew using a BR Class 25 pulling the stock from Aylesbury. From the Claydon end the train consisted of:

• Four vans next to the engine to avoid it going onto Quainton metals

• LMS 3rd Class Sleeper No. 592
• LNWR Suburban Brake 3rd No. 7340
• MK I - M15319
• MK I - E24993
• A goods brake van
